Rotations’ sensor HRP 3

Functions

HRP 3 control device of rotary motion serves for rotation speed analysis, protecting the drum of a belt conveyor, as well as vibrating feeder and sieves from sliding; furthermore, it serves for comparison of two drums’ rotation.
HRP-3 enables simultaneous analysis of two drums’ rotation on a conveyor (or on two conveyors) and signaling their changes that go out the defined percentage range (e.g. 200 rpm – acceptable error is set to -20% and +15%). All the information is additionally signalized on a LCD screen.

Description

In connection with the way of workmanship of the device – where the great emphasis has been put on durability and endurance to exterior conditions - we recommend HRP 3 sensors to heavy industry especially. The main application is transport systems of processing works in mining industry, power stations, heat and power plants, food processing and the like.

Opis

HRP 3 is the product of a new generation. It consists of VHR-10 analyzing digital unit, SHR 3 sensor and MHR 3 magnet. Device is located in a modular box with the connection clamps, steering buttons and LCD screen. The unit is equipped with 24 V DC feeder which serves for sensors’ power supply, two 20 mA inputs, two relay contacts and a communications port.

The distance between sensor and magnet could be even 10 cm, and that enables installation in a much more flexible way with relation to competitive devices, where this distance is ten times shorter.
For input’s signals one could apply other industrial inductive, optical or capacitive sensors with the open commutator or with emitor. The sensors that are recommended by us are characterized with great shock-resistance, great endurance to hits (e.g. material’s splinters); hence, they are long-lived.
