"Clean-Flow" Bar Separators

Together with the implementation of the strict quality standards (HACCP, and others), the producers face the necessity to gain full-control over the way of processing their products. It also concerns removing metal contaminants. MATYKIEWICZ.COM company, in cooperation with Goudsmit Magnetic Systems constantly search for the new solutions that enable to remove contaminants effectively. We aim at the highest possible strength of a magnetic field together with small height of a device and easy-cleaning conducted by an operator. Thanks to the 40 years of experience in magnetism, the high-tech „Clean Flow” bar separators have been made, in ferrite and neodymium version (Neoflux®).

Application

Magnetic separation in powders and granulates in the following industries:

- mineral (dolomites, sands)
- food industry (powders, soil, sugar, fodders, grains)
- pharmaceutical and plastics
- building (plaster stone, cement, lime)
- recycling.

Principle of operation

The best method of removing great quantity of magnetic particles from a product is using two rows of the magnetic bars installed asymmetrically one on another. It guarantees product’s contact with a surface of a magnet and an optimal quality of a product after the separation. Ferrite magnets (Ferroxdure) remove particles from 1mm and bigger. If it is necessary to remove finer contaminants, we recommend using the version with an NdFeB magnet (Neoflux®). Neoflux® separators are standard equipped with GSN 35 magnets, which have Br strength 12.000 Gauss. We have also implemented the version of stronger magnets: GSN 50 (Br 14.000 Gauss), which attracts even stainless steel and particles of a smaller Fe content (e.g. ferric oxide).
