Rotary Separators with Magnetic Bars

Bar rotary separators (“rotating clean-flow magnets”) serve for removing ferrous contaminants from powders and granulates. They are applicable, first of all, in food industry. They are designed for products of weak flowability (e.g. cocoa powder, milk powder, instant soups). Axially magnetized, strong permanent NdFeB magnets in a shape of a ring are connected in a form of elongated bars (together from 6 to 12). Magnets are insulated from a product by stainless steel cylinder with thin walls. Magnetic bars rotate slowly, which assures optimal strong magnets’ contact with material and its efficient flow. The devices fulfill HACCP requirements. There is a possibility to shove bars from the stainless steel casing for cleaning. Rotary separators with magnetic bars prove their effectiveness in case of sticky and irregular products. Optionally, (on special order) we provide you with the special electrolytically polished casing.
