Functions

Lever limit switch serves for signaling changes of device location or its part to prevent from damaging a device because of its dislocation beyond its proper location.

Depending on the way of the contacts connection to the control system, warning signaling or stopping of device drive are activated.

Application

Mechanical protection of devices in heavy industry, also in the condition of heavy dusting, humidity, etc.

Description

The switch is equipped with lever with a roller which rotates in the moment of the contact with a part that changes its proper place. .

Apart from a lever, the sensor is equipped with the assemblage legs, possible (version with a blockade) lever of reset and two outputs for M25 cable outlets. Inside, there is a starting mechanism and specified number of microcontacts (1 to 4 – their number is defined by the switch’ symbol – figure behind a slash).

The characteristic feature of the switches of LHPE series is very high durability, which, thanks to IP 67 protection, enables to use LHPE switches in the typical industrial, harsh conditions.
